How can I complain about my product? Plus

We're very sorry if you received a defective item from us. To ensure we can process your claim quickly, please do not return the item yet. First, send us a photo and a brief description of the defect to info@belmar-gajardo.com. Please also include your order number, which you can find on the delivery note or order confirmation, so we can identify your claim. Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps.

Can I exchange my item? Plus

If your item is not the size or color you wanted or is different from what you expected, you can exercise your 14-day cancellation period and return your order to us.

Unfortunately, an exchange for another product is not possible. In this case, we ask you to place a new order.

Returns & Refunds
How does the return work? Plus

You can return your order to us within 30 days. For orders from Germany with an order value of €39 or more, we will provide you with a free return label.

If your order is less than €39 or is being returned from abroad, we ask you to return it at your own expense.

When will I get my money back for my return? Plus

As soon as the return itself has arrived safely with us, we will refund your money within 14 days.

With us you have a warranty of the statutory 24 months.

What is the best way to wash my backpack? Plus

Our products can be easily cleaned with a sponge and dish soap.

If that's not enough, our products can also be machine washed inside out on a gentle cycle. However, we cannot guarantee this, as upholstery, colors, waterproofing, etc., could suffer.

Do you offer a repair service? Plus

If your beloved product has a defect after a period of 6 months, please contact us via email at info@belmar-gajardo.com

We will be happy to check the possibility of a repair for you and will inform you of the next steps by email.
